Great service. Turned up ready to transport our broken down vehicle to a nearby garage. Neil arrived with plenty of time to spare and loaded the vehicle onto his truck efficiently and with care. He obviously takes pride in his work and does all of this for a good, fair price for his service. I would not hesitate to use Neil again and would recommend him to anyone in the local area in need of towing services.

Neil is a Top man, we broke down needed a tow truck to Stafford, was very understanding , came as soon as possible, very good price ( best price in Newcastle) , got the job done , 10/10 customer service, very friendly, will definitely use again .

Really impressed with the service provided. I was worried about the low front end on my car getting up onto the recovery truck but Neil was extremely careful & respectful and I was very pleased with the way he dealt with my car, there was never any risk he would've allowed the car to scrape and he came prepared with the right ramps, blocks etc and knew how to use the kit properly. He also arrived in less time that the AA quoted and was very fair on price. Highly recommended, I won't even bother calling AA next time I need recovery
