Elliot Brown Watches

I have owned my watch for over two years, it stated to make a slight noise when shook so I emailed the company for advice. They suggested that I return the watch to them to be repaired. They did this and returned the watch (including a travel case) with no charge and in good time. Fantastic customer service. My next watch will definitely be an Elliot Brown

I bought a Canford watch from Elliot Brown a few days ago. It is a beautiful watch, extremely good looking and seems incredibly strong. I emailed the company to ask a question, expecting a standard response. Instead I got a detailed reply directly from one of the owners of the company. That has to be the best customer service I have ever received. I am very impressed by the company and the product and highly recommend Eliot Brown to anybody wanting a watch you can wear anywhere at a good price.

Firstly I love the Elliot brown watches and have the holten professional SBS watch & the camford .I was expecting better quality the outer bezel on the holten professional doesn't line up with the watch face like my camford does and also I bought the black bracelet to go with it and again wasn't impressed with the finish where the links are not fully coated so you can see stainless in-between the links and at an extra cost of £180 I really wasn't impressed .Overall a good watch but when you look closer there there needs to be more attention to detail .I spoke to an Elliott brown representative and showed them the pictures and they clearly didn't care about the quality control as they admitted in there emails .So a good watch but not the quality I was expecting .Review updateTook delivery of my Elliott brown bloxworth today and I must say I'm really impressed.more attention to detail and looks stunning I can't complain at all about this one .white face with blue bezel and a blue and black nato strap.another to the collection.big thanks to Elliott brown watches.Also I love my canford in black with a red NATO strap superb quality

I have a Canford Watch and absolutely love it. It has the right balance between smart and casual for me, and when I needed a battery replacement the guys at Elliot Brown replaced and returned in just a couple of days.The guys could not be more friendly and helpful.Cannot recommend their watches highly enough! I am already considering buying an alternative strap for the weekends.

I have owned my Broadstone for couple of years now, perhaps nearer three. It has been faultless in performance and taken some severe punishment and soakings without drama.I travel a lot and having the 'second' hour hand helps me keep my head in the local time zone, or when at home a mere glance tells me the time in the overseas corp. headquarters.I sent the watch for a service in the winter and it came back sparkling and in a fab case (pictured). Even the outer cardboard box they used made it feel like an event, almost like the first unboxing again.This spring I had an issue, and upon contacting EB I found the response on the phone was personal with ownership taken immediately. I sent the watch back, expecting that I may have a bill coming, but no, just a pleasant hand written note from Leanne and my watch all sorted out.Thanks EB – I hoped that choosing your product over another Breitling was good one, it hasn’t – it was a great one!

Bought my first Elliot Brown watch the other week. Ive previously bought only Oris and wanted something that was durable, not too heavy and fairly waterproof. I looked everywhere for a good watch just under the £1000 mark. Its something i want to wear for work (I'm a car detailer) thing is there are loads of nice watches out there for under a £1000 but nothing thats as durable and beautiful as The Tyneham Automatic, Its just so comfortable. It has a nice balance in weight for me it doesn't feel heavy so much so that Ive worn it all day and night. Lovely watches and I'm very interested to buy another at some point.I've just ordered a new EB olive green rubber strap to give me options from work wear to going out. I would like to see more varied colour ways on straps possibly a light grey with deployment, but I'm sure more straps will happen in the future. Great brand.

The best looking watches, most enduring and hard wearing too. I bought my Canford and Holton Professional to take the abuse of what my lifestyle dictates and they have lived up to my expectations. When they needed looking after, the guys at Elliot Brown came through and massively looked after me to the highest level. I absolutely can not recommend these watches and company enough. Outstanding

You can see why the finest warriors who walk this planet wear Elliot Brown watches. The build quality is equal to the customer service you get. If you want a great time keeping device, look no further. The Holton Professional Automatic is by far my favourite. I'd like to say I'll be back but I think this watch will outlast me and serve my son for years to come.

I have 2 Canford watches and whenever I wear them, people always comment... 2 friends to also purchase a watch having seen mine. Absolutely delighted with my watches and when I've returned them for new batteries + pressure testing, the customer service has been polite and fast.....what more could one ask for? Pros - watches look great and are extremely well made. Customer service is exceptional. Cons - absolutely none! Purchase an EB watch with complete confidence.

I first saw a Canford in a suppliers in St Ives, it had a grey rubber strap which unfortunately did not fit, contacted Ian at Elliott brown to see if they had a larger strap, but no luck but the help Ian & Alex gave was fantastic, emailed me some pictures of the Canford with a black webbing strap looked really good, then they sent watch to Drakes my nearest supplier, I visited, looked & bought very good looking watch very comfortable to wear and a great piece for my collection, will buy another.The service from Elliott Brown 10/10 well recommended great watches. Thank you Ian & Alex. Added this on 26/12/17 mid December bought my 2nd Elliott Brown watch this time its the BLOXWORTH another great watch from a great local UK company.
