Would definitely not stay here again. Upon arrival after booking the executive room we walked into a bog standard room, no water, snacks nor bath robes as advertised. The curtains were filthy with stains, lets not even talk about the view out of the window. We were basically in another part of a building the furthest away from reception. It was run down and nothing like the photos shown online so very misleading. Phoned reception to be told I'd be called back, 30mins later still no call back so I phone again to be told the house keeping team had gone home! I then asked again where the stuff was that we had paid for? Oh we only provide 2 biscuits as snacks now. When we only received one of these anyway. They could not have cared less now.The only plus I will give this hotel is that the food was lovely and the older gentlemen serving us was the kindest soul you could meet.I certainly would not recommend this hotel if you think you are going to stay in the nice part of the building which is advertised online. Utterly disappointed!

In the annals of my many wanderings, a recent sojourn to the illustrious Aubrey Park Hotel has etched itself in my memory as a venture into the very bosom of opulent hospitality. This bastion of refined accommodation emerges not merely as a haven of rest but as a veritable beacon of value and luxury.Upon my auspicious arrival, I was ensconced in a milieu of service that transcended the realms of excellence, a harmonious symphony of meticulous attention and unobtrusive elegance. The bar, a cornucopia of fine spirits and elixirs, stood resplendent in its abundant offerings, catering to the whims and fancies of even the most capricious connoisseur. In a stroke of magnanimous generosity that left me both agog and grateful, the noble establishment saw fit to graciously forgo the charge for one of my many libations, a gesture of goodwill that resonated deeply within my heart. The hotel itself, an architectural marvel, presented a labyrinthine array of corridors, each a conduit to profound philosophical contemplation and introspective reverie. The journey to my appointed sanctuary was less a mere traversal of space than a pilgrimage through the corridors of thought and enlightenment. The sanctum of my repose, my designated chamber, was nothing short of regal. A paragon of cleanliness and comfort, it beckoned with the promise of restful slumber. The windows, portals to the world beyond, admitted the invigorating breath of the night, a boon most welcome after evenings awash in gastronomic excess and the sweet intoxication of spirited beverages. The singular aspect that tempered this otherwise flawless experience was the hotel's modest remove from the conveniences of public transport. Yet, this minor inconvenience did little to mar the lustrous sheen of what can only be described as a quintessentially five-star experience. In summation, Aubrey Park Hotel stands not merely as a lodging but as a realm of unparalleled experience, a sanctum of splendor that imprints itself indelibly upon the soul and spirit of its esteemed guests.

Stayed here midweek for a work event. The staff are great, friendly and very happy to help, just ask. Abdur on the night shift was particularly helpful. The conference facilities were set up well, plenty of room, table space and AV. Coffee and tea was available throughout and lunch was good.Hotel appears a little dated in shared areas, but the rooms were of good quality and quiet. Everything was clean and worked perfectly.Location is subjective. The hotel is very much on its own with nothing in the vicinity, so if you want to go out somewhere transport will be required. On the other hand there is plenty of outdoor space and parking, so great for a large function.

Everything was great until an early morning fire alarm, somebody accidentally hit the break glass. All the staff are apologetic so that was fine it happen good thing it was a false alarm. One thing i would advice is that manager either day or night should know how to reset the fire panel coz it took an hour before they manage to cancel the alarm specially that was before 6am in the morning.

A relaxing environment about an hour out of London. Good food well presented for self service. Not a huge choice but very adequate and most enjoyable. Room clean, bathroom immaculate. Good value for money

Be prepared to re-arrange your room so you can actually charge your phone.Crazy to me that in 2023 you still can't charge your phone by the bed here. You must move the bed to the other side of the room.Apart from this, hotel was nice enough, nice location, quite a maze to get around, but easy enough.Free parking, free WiFi - generally happy - all they're missing is a plug by the bloody bed... Frustraighting.

Had a good time. Dog field was great to run the dogs. Short walk in to the village, good local pubs. A shame at the hotel, the 2 drinks I asked for at the bar, one was out, the Guinness machine wasn't working. Staff very friendly.

Stayed as park of a trip to LEGOLAND.The rooms were nice, beds comfortable etc. however the radiators were taped at a certain heat which didn’t suit us.The food was great with a good selection of options.Staff were very friendly and accommodating.Location was in the middle of nowhere, which for me, isn’t ideal however I’m sure many people would enjoy this.

We stayed at Aubrey Park earlier in the month and were very disappointed with our stay. We stayed on our wedding night with our baby son. Despite booking a room with an infant we were about as far as physically possible from the reception. We got the lift to the second floor then I still had to manoeuvre stairs with luggage and a pushchair whilst in a wedding dress! We were offered no assistance and when we reached our room there was no cot for our infant son, and we were too exhausted to go back to the reception that he had to sleep in his carrycot on the pushchair. We had booked an executive room though I fail to see what was executive about it, we had difficulty fitting the pushchair through the door and I'm not sure what precisely is executive about one packet of crisps and one bottle of water to share between us?Breakfast was quite honestly a total disaster from start to finish. The room was packed and clearly understaffed. When we arrived the only hot breakfast available was bacon, beans and tray labelled as 'hash browns' which instead was filled with potato croquettes? About 20 minutes after we arrived other hot food slowly appeared. We had to ask for teaspoons for hot drinks, bowls for fruit and cereal and even glasses for juice! Avoid at all costs, they didn't even respond to our complaint email following our stay!
