I have been using Tower park for a number of years and have been using the self scanHowever today the scanner was not bleeping and I ended up scanning my French stick 6 times . Mentioned this at check out and told the scanners will no long bleep. Please be aware of this, it’s ridiculous

Shopping in tesco this evening I bought a reduced sandwich at the sandwich fridge, then I looked at the reduced things at the fridge isle as i sometimes do, a staff member was sticking reduced labels on the foods and she said very abruptly to me your not allowed to buy the reduced things as they are for charity

Not a good supermarket, only go here when at Tower Park as convenient. Easy to park but otherwise not a good shopping experience. There never seems to be trolleys where there should be and I usually have to wander around the car park to find one. Store is not well laid out with some very narrow sections due to pillars. This is amplified by many staff driving huge trolleys around for online orders or for restocking shelves- they rarely make any effort to move out of the way for customers. I also find the shelves are not well stocked and very rarely come away with all the products I need. Nearly broke my neck on a load of loose flyers left on the floor by the newspapers on my last visit.

Normally do a click and collect which is very good. But this week I had a delivery to parkstone . Excellent service. Really nice young man who not only delivered it but even offered to bring it in for me. He was so polite and helpful, wished us a nice weekend, unfortunately I didn't ask his name. When your pensioners this makes our day. Will definitely use this service again
