Stopped by today, Good Friday and spoke to a lovely guy who was super helpful. We aren't professional divers, and just wanted some snorkeling gear for an upcoming holiday. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Knowledgeable and friendly I got everything I wanted, but I'm sure if a need anything else, then I won't hesitate to go back. A real hidden gem.

Terrible attitude, the manager could not be bothered to come out and discuss a genuine complaint about a Beuchat product that they are meant to be distributors for. Disappointed that Google minimum is one star they deserved negative. I am contacting Beuchat directly to complain about product and midland diving.

Today was my first visit. I found staff very courteous and professional. Service was spot on and their cylinder prices were best ive seen. Going there was lile visiting a different Universe compared to what im used to.

Got instant help and clarification over the phone followed by immediate email support. Purchased over the phone and now awaiting my goodies!!!My valve arrived within a few days and it looks good. Will try it out and report back.I saw the same MDE valve elsewhere from other suppliers but went direct to MDE as I feel they'll support me if I need them....worth paying for that

Very helpful while getting my air rifle cylinders serviced, and safety tested. I bought the cylinders from here originally, 10 years ago, and thought they were a very fair price at the time, and always get them refilled here.For an PCP Airgun owner, it's brilliant to have such a service in my home city, and always get friendly and helpful service from the guys in the shop and the the nice guy in the filling station"."

Less than one star - absolutely bloody useless! Midland Diving were over a month late on delivering parts. I've had to continually chase for updates, every time finding the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They fail to stick to their promises, from delivery dates to simply sending an email or phoning back! For a customer spending thousands, I am not impressed!
