What a great experience buying new knives. Able to test drive the new knives, I was able to try chopping and peeling in store . Thanks for all your help. Customer service at its best

One of the few places I've found that offers a kitchen knife sharpening service. Phoned in advance and checked that Lucy could do them on the day in question. Really helpful staff and a great service. Thank you!

Excellent customer service in procook bury particularly from a lovely lady called Lucy. Lucy helped me find a knife set and was very helpful and honest in helping me choose what was best for me. Great value for money and exceptional staff, will definitely be back.
