Always having grate experience there and the staff are very friendly and kind for kids with unbelievable patient as well very skilled. Highly recommend !

Absolutely loved it! We went to the one on the outskirts of Cardiff Centre so was a little disappointed to not find the play area or cafe, although this was my own mistake for not doing enough research. Staff were fantastic and put my little girl at ease immediately. Such a lovely little shop with handmade clothes and toys and plenty of things to keep my daughter busy. We went for the first hair it package and was more than happy with the result. Will definitely be going back, but may check out the other location next time. The cars to sit in were a little dated, not that my daughter cared and the little TVs by the mirrors also helped to keep her occupied. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding staff. Friendly approach and know what there doing! Made my daughters first hair cut look like a breeze. They knew exactly what to do and how to handle and cut my 2 year olds hair. Loved the outcome! Just booked my daughters 2nd hair cut and wouldn't go anywhere else (even if it is a 30-45mins drive)

Not a great experience with our visit on Friday. Running half an hour late which is fair enough as it happens however it was clear that one of the hairdressers knew a family who walked in 35 minutes after we had been waiting and were seen immediately. The lady on reception seemed like it was even too much effort to speak to anyone and clearly didn’t want to be there. My child’s hair wasn’t cut the best on this occasion it clearly wasn’t blended properly due to the hairdresser rushing. Usually have a good experience here but doubt we’ll be returning now.

Lovely hairdressers for children who may find a standard hair salon a little stressful. Staff are friendly and amazing - even with my anxious three year old! They have a huge variety of books and toys, tv screens, gentle lighting, no loud music and a very relaxed atmosphere. I can't thank them enough for making us welcome! Good value for money.

Lovely little place, the girls at my daughter's party were very happy with the pampering (hairstyles, nail varnish, kids tattoos) and very friendly/helpful staff, they moderate the party as well with different activities and games

Sadly I did not have a great experience here. I wasn't going to leave a review but its been a while and it still on my mind so I came back to share my experience. It was my sons first haircut in a real salon as I had been cutting it at home myself, he was 2 and half-ish when we came here. The salon was not as nice as I was expecting based on the pictures from google, looked a bit more run down and untidy in person. Although we were the only people in there the process felt rushed. The hairdresser did not speak to my son at all to reassure him or attempt to make friends, just a quick chat with me and straight to it. The worst part of the whole thing was the actual cut, it was so bad! Literally the worst hair cut I have seen in my life! Super short blunt fringe and longer at the back, looked like the guy from dumb and dumber.. I had to keep a brave face on for my son because he needed to hear how handsome he looked of course, so I just ushered him out of there as fast as possible! The lady had disappeared as soon as she had finished the cut so I went to ask the receptionist if I could pay, then I left. I was so unhappy with what she had done to my toddler's hair, I had asked for it to be left a bit long and she had even used the word 'surfer' so I had not anticipated the dreadful cut my son ended up with. Over the course of the next few days I had to do my best to cut it myself to try to improve the situation, but mostly had to just wait it out until it grew. I certainly won't be back here, the hairdresser was perfectly cordial and nice enough, but overall really not a good experience and very disappointing indeed. Avoid!

My 21 month old son cried the whole time but the hairdresser was great, really patient and encouraging, she cut his hair really quickly and did the exact style I wanted on him. This was a great find. I will definitely be taking him back there. Thank you for today ladies.

Built around children with staff who actually understand the complexity of different childrens needs and personalities.I’ve been taken my son here every 5-6 weeks for over a year now and they are great. But we took my 7 year old daughter here for the first time this Sunday and despite my initial reservations, they did any amazing job, total re-style and layered. Very impressed. £24 for both children. Worth the drive.
