Woodland Grange

This hotel is beautiful! The grounds and seating area outside make it a perfect venue for summer conferences in addition to a lovely touch of great coffee machines and snacks & sweets available throughout the day. The dining hall is stunning and the food exceptional. It's the best tomato soup starter I have ever had. Compliments to the chef! The reason for my 4* room rating is that it was incredibly hot and difficult to sleep. However I'd give 5 stars if the room was air conditioned. They are spacious and the beds large and very comfortable. Thank you for such a great stay!

Excellent location , friendly staff, room spotless, plenty of choice at breakfast. Parking no problems . Fantastic value for money.Would definitely recommend and stay again.

All in all meh.My room was ok, not great.A bit mould in the window and in the shower cubic ceiling.The food in the restaurant okay, breakfast and launch better than dinner.The conference rooms and all the accessories readily available is great, so conference wise it is a great place.I did mention the room issues with the staff in the reception when I checked out, so hopefully it is fixed now.

Nice hotel with nice grounds, room was quite spacious however bed was very uncomfortable, cleaning was below standards and it was also way too hot inside the room and inside the hotel. Breakfast was ok, lack of choices and some of the products were not good quality. Staff was helpful and polite.

Really lovely hotel set in a peaceful area. Nice field alongside for a refreshing stroll in the morning or maybe some yoga. Restaurant staff were so very helpful, particularly the chef who arranged some food for me. It's been a long time since a premise has gone above and beyond like this. The only slight negative was the hotel was hot, radiators on in places in August! Otherwise really nice with wonderful staff.

We are giving this accommodation 5 stars because of the fabulous staff. Nabila (apologies if i have spelt this wrong) you were so kind, patient and helpful - thank you. A perfect place to stay with regards to a family member being in Nuffield hospital.The breakfast was good, the bar drinks good and lovely staff. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Went here for a business event, we’ve been there for the past few years for our partner conference. The food is great and the staff are very helpful on the event days. The only downside is the rooms are too warm (no air con), which would make this perfect!

Came here for a work meeting recently. First impressions were that it looks to be quite a grand building. Parking was plentiful but as it was busy we struggled to find a space.It's quite modern and upmarket inside the building. Staff were very pleasent.Restaurant was very nice and the food was not bad. Sticky toffee pudding especially was good.

I particularly liked the green vegetation that surrounds Woodland Grange and the little rabbit that kept hopping around. There are coffee stations at several locations on the ground floor where you can grab a quick tea/coffee and a piece of cookie, cake and other confectionery so there is no issue with hunger when you are at the reception or using any of the meeting rooms. This is quite commendable. The room was quite spacious, facilties include pressing iron, ironing board, hair dryer and tea/coffee facilities. There were no complimentary bottles of water, though you could grab one for free at the bar. Meals were of average quality in my opinion

Came here for a conference, it's one of the best facilities I've been to, drinks, snacks and coffee machines were situated all around the hotel with comfy seating areas, the conference rooms themselves were light and airy. Food choices at all meals were excellent and the staff were incredibly accommodating to dietary requirements. My room was large and very comfortable with a great view.
