Had a cracked case on my laptop and a faulty battery, they not only replaced the parts but also identified the cause of the crack (a faulty hinge) and fixed that as well. They gave the fan etc a good clean as well so now it's running as smoothly and quietly as when I first bought it. Will happily use them again if anything else goes wrong.

so my laptop needed a keyboard replacement and he was very responsive in time and efficiency. He definitely offers his services at a very good value for money he treated me very well and he reassured me that it will get done. i respect this guy and his business and he helped me with my financial situation as I'm off to university soon and gave me the best solution for my laptop repair. definitely recommend this company.he diagnosed my laptop keyboard to have water in the keyboard hence why it wasn't working and replaced my keyboard on the same day! I popped in to PMM solutions store and Kashif welcomed me and talked me through the possible solutions to sort out the laptop. I was surprised when I received a phone call later the same day giving me an update and informing me that my laptop will be ready the same day. Most importantly he managed to save all my data from non working windows.It was an extremely great experience and I have got my laptop back same day up and running. Definitely recommend.

They changed my laptop's hard drive to a ssd one, but my laptop became very slow and unusable for the tasks that I was doing with its hdd hard drive. When I asked why it happened they said they can't help and I am a difficult customer!

Excellent service, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality service at a reasonable price. I came in because my laptop had lost its wireless connectivity function. I'd previously had my laptop fixed at another shop for the same issue and the job was evidently botched as the issue reappeared a couple of months later. Kashif was able to pinpoint the larger issue and restore the hardware back to it's original state. He even cleaned the laptop (both inside and out) and left the laptop looking brand new.Kashif also phoned me and kept me up to date at every step and finished the work within a single day. This level of customer service and would be hard to match anywhere and was the height of professionalism. If any issues popped up in the future, I would use Kashif without any hesitation.

Not worth it, they would not let you assist the repairing process, plus they would threat of calling the police on you if you call them unprofessionals for not allowing you to assist the repairing process. It happened today: 11.11.2022EDIT: I was sarcastic not angry, and being sarcastic made your engineer angry and threatened to call the police. All I did was saying that I wanted to assist the process as I do not trust my PC just like that to anyone as it is really expensive. Your engineer should have some more patience and training in customer service.About the spit, really, couldn't you come out with something better than this?Anyway, all in all, you guys have no clue on what you're doing, as you could provide a rough quote on the phone anyway...
