I received treatment here for a crown a few years ago. About a year later it had come out. Today I was told by another dentist it’s unlikely I had been given a crown and it was more likely a filling even though I paid for a crown. The dentists here are absolute crooks and scammers find yourself a better dentist.

Excellent service! Hardly any wait for appointment and seen quickly once arrived. Karishma is absolutely lovely! Very professional and friendly. Really put me at ease. Totally recommend this Dental Practice.

The dentists might be good here, however first impressions from the receptionists is appalling!!! When called to book appointment was told off that I can't take the first appointment offered(for them not knowing the reasons-me having had recent surgery and therefore not being able to go in this same day). Then although it says it opens at 9am, was told to return at 9.30 as they are not open yet!!! And then making comments on my way out-It's not my problem you are early". So I guess they would rather have their patients come late! I wasn't expecting to be seen earlier

I have been using this dentist practice for about 13 years now and I am so pleased with the service received there.I am not the biggest fan of dentists, stems from a bad experience as a child, but Sundeep and his team all made me feel relaxed and at ease.Also, never had any problems getting appointments and the reception staff are all really friendly.Would definitely recommend.

Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist, my dad rang to make an appointment and asked if he could quickly check his work calendar to see which days he was available, receptionist got very impatient and irritated and told him to call back again when he’s ready, he (again) asked if he could have a second to look as it would only take a few seconds as he wanted to make the appointment asap and she hung up on him. He rang again several times straight after and the receptionist would not pick up. Extremely mannerless, rude and unwelcoming receptionist. I can see from the reviews that several others have had the same experience, shocking how she is still employed. Disgusting behaviour.

Several years ago, in this place, I had a dental bridge for the entire lower jaw. Yesterday it broke into two parts. Today I was all stressed and in despair waiting for the opening of practice 9am. Exactly at this time I came in, but the receptionist irritably said that they were not open yet and I had to wait outside, although it was already 9.01 am. They told me to wait for them to open the door themselves. I didn’t argue, because in the absence of teeth I speak poorly and left.When, after 10 minutes, they opened the door wide and I was able to go to the reception, they did not find me recorded in their system (at the same time, as if in mockery, they asked me my date of birth, which was really difficult for me to pronounce without Teeths. In response to my desperate requests to accept me, the blonde the solid age senora explained that I was not their client, although I had a dental bridge done in this place and rudely told me to leave the room and she went irritably, opened the first door and made a rude gesture with the words leave the room.I note that there were no more clients there, and at least out of respect for my pre-retirement age, they should not have kicked me out and sent me to look for help in Google.

I had a very good experience, phoned to get a emergency appointment for a abscess, I got one for the same day. Very helpful receptionist.

Really good appointment. Great advice, really friendly, talked through everything being done in a kind and factual way which really helped me to know what was being done.
