Excellent service today. The guys climbed many stairs with a lot of stuff and it all arrived in my flat in the same condition it left my old place. Would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant service from start to finishI loved the service I received from the team. Communication was clear and all my questions were answered promptly. In the day, they kept in contact regarding arrival time, and on arrival they had a walk round to see what needed to be moved into storage, along questions of me which really helped lower my anxiety levels. Those questions reassured me so much and just over an hour later everything was in the van ready to be moved into storage. I would recommend the team to everyone. We were very badly let down by Stirling Man with a Van today. Having used them before we booked them in to move my elderly Mother. We checked in with them a few days ago, to make sure everything was in place for this morning, but we were left high and dry at a container in Stirling at 8.30am. All their phones were turned off or went to voicemail and emails/text messages ignored. Eventually we got a text message, almost two hours late, with an excuse. Totally unprofessional and very disappointing. All it would have taken was a phone call to cancel so we could have made alternative arrangements.
