After being let down by other logistics companies, we switched to UCH Logistics, who have bent over backwards to help us out. Very reliable! Major plus point is being able to speak to someone over the telephone or get a quick response by call or email, they have fantastic customer service. Rarely have any issues but when I do they are dealt with quickly and efficently. - with any query. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable consistent logistics services. I CAN'T stress this enough!!

The true measure of a company is how they react when things go wrong and UCH have failed to impress in this area. As a small business I rely on my suppliers offering a reliable and responsive service. UCH have managed to 'lose' an expensive and time critical shipment and appear to have lost complete interest in trying to locate the pallet or offer any kind of feedback or assistance in locating the cargo - a poor show all round as I am left with unhappy clients and no information to pass onto them

Arrived to the place around 9:30 in the morning to collect 14 pallets. Went to driver reception and was asked for ID and paperwork, once relevant documentation checks completed was told to go and let forklift drivers know what I'm here for, which is what I did. Its already past 11 and I am still waiting. Had between 7-9 different trucks loaded/unloaded. Waste of time really.
