This was the worst experience I have ever had in a shop.I Took my £700 versace jack in to be dry-cleaned. I had only warn it 7 times.I went in a week later. The jackets been destroyed.I went back in and the large woman was so rude. She would not listen to me and started shouting at me!She wouldn't help me at all. This is a limited edition jacket and this company can not deal with special items here.As I left I informed them that I would be getting my solicitor involved. Which we now have.I didn't even get a refund of my dry-cleaningBut The WORST bit was the woman called the police. They came to my house. I was informed that she said that I said that I am getting my sister to come down with a baseball bat.What the police found on cctv was exactly what I said.STAY AWAY.Terrible dry cleaning. Terrible customer service. Terrible business. I wish I had never gone in!!!

Very friendly staff,with a fast turn around can even get your washing or ironing done on same day if you get there early enough great service

Fantastic and friendly service. Collected Monday and delivered Tuesday all clean and folded. Would definitely use again! Really pleased. They even managed to make it three loads instead of the four I had seperated them into to knock £14 off. What more can you ask for. Thanks again!

I have used Laundry Box for the last three years and they are excellent! Pick-up and delivery service which is perfect for me and friendly staff that are so accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I use them regularly for ironing and they are fantastic - super fast and very good prices. Highly recommended.

Some of my clothes were also kept there for for a couple of months. All were new clothes so I was quite annoyed at this eventhough I had called up to double check with them if they had left anything. Couple months later I get a call saying they had them and kept them and expected me to call up months later to check with them and then they also tried to charge me for keeping my clothes. Terrible service. Stay away from here.

Good honest service! They gave me a refund on my service wash as they were able to fit it into one machine! Friendly and efficient!

I’ve been using laundry box since it opened and won’t consider going anywhere else. I’ve had dozens of items cleaned with awesome results. The girls in the shop are friendly and helpful. Second to none!

We have been using The Laundry box for quite some time now. Their level of service is incredible. Clothes are always washed, dried and ironed beautifully. You are usually able to pick them up the next day, too. The staff are very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. A great service. Thank you!

Started using laundry box 6 mouths ago as they came highly recommend. Service is excellent, our rugby kits are picked up and delivered back to the club on time and spotlessly clean. I have been so impressed I'm now using for my laundry and would definitely recommend the service that laundry now provide as its 1st class.
