I took my very ill kitty in but unfortunately she didn't make it. They were so sympathetic and understanding. Thought I'd be taking my kitty there through out her life, didn't realise that it would be just a one off thing and then lose her.I'd put a post on the Next Door social network website asking for recommendations for vets in my local area. About 40 people replied and the majority recommended this vet. The first time I tried to make an appointment with them they were booked up at the local Dunmow branch so had to take kitty a bit further to their other branch. This spoke volumes to me, they were so booked up because they are so popular. Other Pet owners were happy to go here.Just wanted to say thank you to them for their support.

We have been with Moloney for a very long time.They were great,up until 3 years ago. There were some errors but we let it go as everyone make some mistakes. However those mistakes continued despite our warning and cost dearly to my boy and no one wants to take the blame. I was waiting at least an apology but instead, I got a very ugly and uncomfortable conversation with them which was very heart breaking.They have lost the touch and turn to money making practice rather then a good practice to help our little fury families.I would not recommend this practice to anyone if you love your pet, if you still decided to go then good luck!!!

They are amazing vets. They really are animal lovers and their advice is done with your pets best interests at heart. Their service and sincerity and true love of animals is unbelievably touching. Thank you for being a true animal loving service.

Great vets! I think they are honest, if they don’t think your pet needs to be seen - they will tell you. So no unnecessary costs. Always so friendly and helpful, would recommend to others.

Always excellent treatment here. The reception ladies are lovely, and I think my dog likes Flo and Hermien slightly more than she likes me...

Absolutely vile receptionist Elaine, I took a baby bird we wound in to get some advice on what to do as it looked as if it had a sore under one of it's wings but I didn't even get to explain that as she rudely told me it should have been left where we found it. I completely understand that but I didn't even get a chance to explain that we couldn't due to cats in the next garden just to be told rather rudely they would put it down if I left it with them. I wouldn't have minded so much had she been a bit more caring but her tone was uncaring and I had my 6 and 7 year old children with me which they fully understand what putting an animal to sleep means so I had to walk out as I had two crying kids and was on the verge of losing my s**t with her. I called later to ask to speak to a manager only to have that awful woman tell me there isn't one, I eventually found out there is at the other surgery and she deals with both so I've sent her an email explaining what had happened and how unkind and uncaring this woman is! I have also removed my dog from that surgery as I wouldn't want to go back there ever again and have to deal with someone who clearly doesn't care for the feelings of others let alone animals. I wouldn't wish any ill on anyone but I hope a bird craps on her!!
