Bead Hive Bead Shop

SUMMARY: NEVER RECEIVED GOODS. NO RESPONSE TO COMMUNICATIONS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. (Also reported to Trading Standards)Placed an order on 22nd July 2015 to the value of £15.20. Payment was taken immediately via PayPal. Never received order confirmation from Bead Hive. Had not received the goods or any communication by 30th July, so I tried to call both numbers on their website and neither would connect. Emailed them and received no response by 4th August. Emailed them (and tried to call them) again and still nothing, so I opened a PayPal dispute on 6th August. They evidently didn't respond to PayPal either as it took the full 10 day waiting period (the time PayPal gives the seller to respond) before the dispute was ruled in my favour and I got my money back.

I really love Bead Hive.The jewels are unique and beautiful and there are really amazing and original compositions.The workshops are really interesting and luckily I had the opportunity to participate:in workshops everybody can combine imagination, creativity, dexterity and pleasure to create unique composition to give as present who we love like personalized lucky charm

I love beads and making jewelleries by myself and this is one of the best shop I have ever been to! The beads come from all over the word, everything is high quality and unique, the shop is amazing and how not the mention the kindness of the people working there? They are always ready to give you advices and show you the best way to create what it's on your mind. Last but not least the prices are very low!! I will definitely come back soon!

Made an order, it never arrived. Chased it up and was repeatedly ignored. Ended up having to do a paypal claim and they let it slip that this has been going on for years. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I went to this shop yesterday (Friday 30 August) for the first time and LOVED it! I have been looking on the website previously at all the choices of beads and materials they have on stock, but visiting the store itself was wonderful! There was a lot more choice than online, and all the beads were placed out and priced individually. This was very pleasant as I was able to see, and feel the beads before I bought them. Very well organized, reasonably priced and can't wait to visit again! =D

Bead Hive sold me something on their website that they probably didn't have, have not responded to my email, or the paypal dispute I opened! I will be able to claim my £40 back tomorrow, at which point they will have had my money for 3 weeks!!! Dreadful behaviour from a company, I would never deal with them again!!!
