During the consultation, Emma really heard what I was saying, and tailored the treatment to my needs.The massage itself was deeply relaxing. The following evening I had a record breaking amount of deep sleep (just over three hours!) My muscles tension has eased and my nervous system feels more soothed than it has done in months.Emma struck the perfect balance of sensitivity to my chronic health issues and limitations, making me feel at ease and in good care.I will definitely book another treatment in the future.

Just wanted to thank Emma for another brilliant massage. Whatever issues I have gone to Emma with, she has always sent me off feeling so much better.
