Ordered a guitar which was delivered next day, unfortunately TNT had dropped the box or knocked it and the guitar neck was broken near the headstock. Contacted Rimmers and the guitar has been swapped out for another one with no issues. I took the broken guitar to the warehouse in Leyland as it's only 30 minutes away rather than waiting in for TNT to collect and a replacement was provided to me while I was on site, the gentleman in the warehouse who I spoke to was very knowledgable and friendly providing me advice on the replacement guitar.Overall very happy, not happy with TNT but the team at Rimmers were extremely helpful in getting this resolved.

I bought the Kawai ES120 package (keyboard + stand + 3-pedal unit) and am very pleased with it. The price was the best online from a UK-based supplier, ordering was easy and delivery was very prompt. I was able to assemble the stand and pedal bar by myself without need for any assistance. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Kawai CA701 and delivery was quoted as next day.I tracked the order through the TNT system and was disturbed to note that the piano had been returned to store ‘at the customers request’. This was disappointing and I ‘phoned Rimmers to report the issue, requesting a callback. Needless to say, in line with numerous instances of customers complaining that no callback had been received, my request was ignored. I received an email from Rimmers the following day apologising for the non-delivery advising that the carton had been incorrectly routed and sent to the wrong distribution centre. Whether this was in response to my ‘phone call or alternatively, following a non-delivery report from TNT is unclear. The carton arrived the following day on a wooden pallet and I noted that the carton had been placed upside down inspire of clear markings on the carton advising orientation. Luckily, the piano survived the ordeal and arrived in perfect working order. I reported this back to Rimmers and their response indicated that the carton had been passed to TNT the correct way up. I could only assume that rather than lift the carton onto the pallet, it had been rolled on hence it arriving upside down.I have just received an email from Rimmers requesting a positive review with the caveat that if there had been a problem, they would rather deal with any issues by email rather than me post a negative review. In my opinion, this is completely underhand. You asked for a review so here it is - warts an’ all.So there you have it: 1 point deducted for the delivery issues and another point deducted for the review request. It could be argued that the delivery issues were not directly attributable to Rimmers, but the customer has no control over who Rimmers select to mis-handle their consignments.Perhaps Rimmers need to review their choice of courier and they certainly need to abandon the ‘callback’ approach. Why can’t customers speak directly to Customer Services?

Great price and quick delivery. No problems! I'm only not giving 5 stars as I did everything online so didn't really experience any staff service/advice so I don't know what that's like here.

I just bought yamaha keyboard for my lovely wife from Rimmers Music. All went smooth. From the beginning tull end of buying process I was informed with any progress. Delivery was quick and keyboard was very well packed. Wife is over the moon!

Very good service from Rimmers on the phone when ordering and delivered my new YDP165R in very secure packaging on time. It was easy to put together and the rosewood finish is lovely. Most importantly the keyboard feel and the sound are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Ordered a KAWAI CN301 digital piano. Got it two days after. It is as it was expected. I did loads of research on what piano to choose to replace my yamaha keyboard. I asked many of my friends opinion having different brands of piano and decided to go for this model. I chose rimmers as the price was fair much lower than other stores near me, they have fast free delivery. Everything was smooth and I couldn't be any happier with this purchase. Thanks so much for making my dream come true easily. I definitely recommend Rimmers and it will be first on my list if I need to purchase any instruments.

I ordered a new piano bench style stool from Rimmers Music. I chose the Roland branded item with the greatest adjustable height. Because I am of diminutive stature (polite description) I needed this facility. I had previously purchased a Yamaha keyboard from Rimmers Music (a few years ago) as part of a package deal, but it came with a basic stool, which wasn't ideal for me to obtain the correct playing height. The new Roland bench style stool is very comfortable and well constructed. My playing height is much improved and I'm very pleased with it. Rimmers Music sent it to me very quickly and I will certainly place further orders with them in the future.

Absolutely stunning piece of kit (Yamaha CLP 775), great price and phenomenal service… had a couple of issues with delivery through absolutely no fault of Rimmers… but they came to my rescue nonetheless, where others may, and have, washed their hands… delivering an exceptional level of troubleshooting expertise… seriously went to bat for me, tirelessly and with amazing professionalism and care, until all was resolved… particular thanks to Mike in the Liverpool branch… you are an utter star!!!!
