Tried to buy Rapha cycling shorts from them. They sent a knock-off with RAPHA screen printed on the side of them. When contacted, they ignored my emails. Had to go to my credit card company to get the money back. AVOID. THEY DO NOT SELL GENUINE MERCHANDISE.I've attached screen shots of my emails to their customer service email in response to their reply below. They didn't reply to any of them. Irrespective of the lack of reply, THIS ISN'T GENUINE MERCHANDISE. IT'S A KNOCK-OFF SO DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT.
