Home Bargains

This had a wonderful selection of items for both a children's party and gift items for a male relative. Parking is outside. The only negative point was that not enough tills were open.

I just love home bargains, great variety, been in 3 home bargain shops today but unfortunately didn't have what I was looking for .

Great wee shop with loads of stuff and everything you need. Staff clearly work hard.

I was just at the home bargains in camelon, I actually live in Stirling but I will be going out of my way to come back. Customer service is absolutely second to none, my check out assistant was so kind and patient with me as I had actually bought way more than I had intended, then her colleague got me a 2nd trolley to help me whilst packing and then!, as an extra bonus packed up most of my shopping for me! As if that wasn’t going above and beyond enough then to my absolute delight proceeded to wheel out my 2nd trolley to my car and even put some bags in the boot!! If this isn’t the very definition of excellent customer service I don’t know what is! Thank you very much to this branch, I do hope your head office recognises the hard work you all put up with and put in.

Clean shop,well stocked, plenty to choose from and staff were very helpful.

In today to get a few things and the manager Evonne (sorry if I’ve miss spelled it) gave absolutely fantastic customer service. There appeared to be an issue out with her control with payments and she calmly took her time to explain and reassure customers during this time and kept everything flowing the best she could during a busy Saturday afternoon. Could not thank her enough for what she done for me! She deserves a raise.
