The E-Cig & CBD Store Chester

Went in yesterday to purchase some more nic salts. Charlie was incredibly helpful, and recommended a new brand, which turned out to be more value for money than my previous purchases, along with some great flavours. Never had an issue with her or any other members of the team.

Staff are absolutely amazing! Had a great long chat while there and the prices are amazing :)

I had taken in my vape to get a new coil. I had zero issues with my vape before taking it into this shop. The man was clearly inexperienced and needed training. He got vape liquid into my battery and I left with a soaking wet vape. It stopped working after this so I took it back to get it fixed. They did nothing to help fix my vape and blamed it on the battery as apparently, they can just mysteriously stop working. I went into this store with a working vape and have left being really pi**ed off and without a vape now. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I suggest going somewhere where people actually know what they are doing and don't just vape to look cool.

Hands down the best vape shop in Chester. A huge variety of brands, flavours, kits and devices. Working in town there are several shops available but this one is by far the most friendly and helpful, Charlie and the team do a great job. 10/10
