P&H recently removed a couple of items for me and they were great! Very professional and took the items promptly. Good value for money, too - would definitely use again. Highly recommended!

The lads were prompt, friendly and courteous and got the job done without any fuss. I had a large sofa that needed to be taken apart then reassembled in my new home and this was done very professionally. Would recommend

The owner of company is very unprofessional & inconsiderate in their driving of their company vehicles.He was parked in Horley outside a chicken shop, illegally mounting the pavement & partially blocking the road only small vehicles would be able to pass through.As the owner of the company & driving a large commercial 3.5ton van, he should had released that other large commercial vehicles wouldn’t be able to negative the road with him sat there, the road is a mini highstreet so fairly busy, lots of little shops etc.I sat there for 2 minutes before I gave a light beep of the horn, the driver (owner of company) body language was rude & aggressive, clearly unwilling to move his vehicle to clear the highway, at this point a member had of public who was legally parked on the highway, moved their vehicle having to mounting the kerb to allow me to pass through, I feel he was actively looking for a confrontation based off his body language whiles sat in the cab.I spoke to his receptionist who was lovely, polite & very apologetic, around 15 minutes later the owner rung me up and was childish at best didn’t apologised & tried to gas light the situation by implying I made the member of the public move which is false, I feel sorry for his staff, family, wife & kids who have to deal with this bloke everyday…The owner confirmed his had a bad morning, because of the weather?…Which makes it fine to cause a disturbance on the highway apparently.He also implied I was lying as I had no witnesses in my vehicle, I then informed him my company vehicle has 360 degree CCTV cameras which caught the entire interaction, and probably his body language from the front facing camera.All he had to do was move his vehicle slightly more up on the pavement, or find somewhere more suitable to park that doesn’t obstruct the highway, apparently this is too much to ask of a man eating his dinner though…

We have previously moved and used P&H removals then as well. They were fantastic from the get go. We got boxes from them and some wardrobe boxes for clothes which made it so easy. They were with us on the moving day at 8:30 and were all packed up by 10:30. We collected our keys and they unpacked the van and put all boxes where we wanted. We had Lewis and Louis they were brilliant and would recommend P&H to anyone moving they were so friendly and helpful.Thank you all so much, Kara & Ben

Our move from London to the South Coast was a daunting one, particularly with a three year-old in tow! The team from P&H were fantastic and helped reduce the stress of the move considerably. Stuart, Jake, Louis and the team were professional, hard working and personable, with a good deal of humour. We'd highly recommend them.

We were dreading our move like most people. But the guys who came and did our move were brilliant. It was one full day of packing and another full day for the move. All the staff were really friendly and keen to help us in any way they could. We were delighted.

I would not recommend this storage company. If you do use them then make sure you create your own list of property you are handing over.I had my belongings with them for nearly three years and throughout that time I have no idea the journey it took. When I collected my property it was in a container with someone else’s property - there was no clear separation between the other owners and my items.When I collected it a single guy was there to supervise the passing back of my property.There was damage to a mattress, damaged caused to a table that fell out as it was stacked when we removed it and items that were never returned.It was a rush to get the items into the van I had hired and it was literally between the three of us (including the staff member). There was no hand over / procedure to check the property as it was placed into the van.I notice the missing items and the damage when I unpacked it. And tried to address this with the manager who informed me that because I hadn’t raised this at the time it was basically my fault. I asked if I could attend to look for the missing items but this would be at my own cost.If you use this company then it really is at your own risk! Make sure you list all your property and take as much time as you need to check it when you collect it. If you have any issue this company take no responsibility and it will be all your fault.I am so unset by the experience I have given up on trying to take it any future as they just put the blame on me.This is the first time I have used a storage company and it’s been a big learning curve for me.Good luck!
