WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID THIS COMPANYI ordered a Dyson Airwrap on 17/5/22 for my wedding. By the 25/5/22 it had still not arrived - I contacted them multiple times via phone (nobody ever answers), and e-mailed 3 times about the order without a response. In view of this, I asked to cancel the order as I needed the product to arrive by a certain date. They sent the order anyway... 3 weeks after my wedding!I contacted them again (having STILL not had a response to my previous e-mails), to arrange a refund - they eventually replied to this e-mail. After a month of them receiving the product back, and 2 months since my original order, plus a further 3 e-mails to chase this up, I have still not had the refund or any reply from them about it.The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I would 100% NEVER recommend this company to anyone and will not be purchasing from here again. Avoid it at all costs if you are thinking of purchasing anything from here - paying slightly more from elsewhere will save you a lot of hassle!! I am having to go through my bank now to try and get the refund sorted. What an absolute joke of a company!

The website is a scam! Good news is that if you paid with debit card your bank will refund within 4 months. I contacted trading standards to report this scam and they are not interested :(

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I ordered a Dyson hairdryer on 19th July and five weeks later I have still received nothing. My emails and contact through portal have all had no response. The 5 star reviews are all suspiciously very similar in the short format and this is a blatant scam operation. I shall be reporting this to the appropriate watch bodies and taking the matter up with VISA whose card I used to pay with.

Bought airpods about two months ago. They arrived quickly but were faulty so I returned them immediately following the process on their website. Since then I sent multiple emails, left voiemails, contacted them on facebook... nothing works, nobody replies and I still haven't received replacement airpods.Worst experinece ever with online retailers... avoid

They sent wrong product. Paid myself for returns cost and still no refund or the right product. Impossible to contact. Will be putting reviews wherever possible and recommend to avoid at all cost.

If I could choose 0 stars I would still ask further for -5. This is not a real company. They pay for fake reviews on here and facebook and other review places. There is literally a warning on Trustpilot that they are buying fake reviews.They never sent the products they never even changed the order from pending. A month down the line after I think seven times trying to contact them by email considering they don’t have a phone number, still no reply. We went onto their Facebook to test if they was still online and they are active on there But they block you from being able to comment. There are lots of angry reacts on the Facebook posts as well which they probably can’t remove. This is not even a real company and I don’t think those headphones were ever going to get sent. Thankfully the bank have given a refund. I have reported them to action fraud police as well. They don’t even deserve a rating. 100% would absolutely not recommend unless you like giving your money away for nothing and working to get it back.It’s literally different for a scam don’t waste your time

worst experience may someone go through with this website (company) , I have made an order in 28th of July , but still until today (8th of August) I have not received any update of my order , although they have deduct the amount from my account, no confirmation and the order still in Pending status. I tried to get reach of the customer service by sending emails and calling there number but no one answering. I advice everyone to avoid buying or dealing with this company , they could be a scammer.

I ordered an air wrap for my daughter on 3 weeks ago, got a confirmation email, even told it had been dispatched - guess what no air wrap!!!! I will be reporting this to the police and cancelling my money and claiming back - no phone number, no email, just bounces back. Disgusting way to rob people of money at a time like this.

Scam company. As others have found, this is a slick looking website run by scammers. Positive reviews are fake. Check Trustpilot for confirmation. In my case nothing arrived and I have had to raise a dispute with bank to get money back. AVOID. Don’t wast your money with these crooks.

Don't purchase anything from this scam shop. I got AirPods which are faulty and clearly fake items. I've called for the last 4 days but never get through and they haven't responded to my emails (it's been 4 days). Clearly other reviewers have had the same bad experience. Prices were too good to be true.
