Great Costa, always clean , staff helpful and pleasant. Wheelchair accessible with lots of room around tables. Highchairs available.It gets a bit noisy between coffee making and people if busy but a good all-rounder

New Costa opened recently in Cupar and have used it a few times. Always friendly efficient service when I have been in . Easy to park and just off the main road so a great place to stop if you are passi g through the town or visiting for the day. Across the road you have a Tesco, Burger King and a few other well known stores. It is new mini roundabout as you enter or leave so be wary of the traffic, there are some drivers who just drive though without looking.

The whirring of coffee machines and incessant pouring and plating is reminesant of living inside a very efficient machine. Whether or not you like this all depends on your reading of Orwell et al. Always consistent, roomy and clean.

Quite rude, slightly incompetent member of staff spoilt what was otherwise a decent visit. If she worked on her listening ears then this could have been avoided. Blaming the customer is not the way forward.

It's a typical Costas, with typical Costa food and drink.It's a bit away from the center of town. Feels aimed more at shoppers and drivers passing through.It's not as nice as the Glenrothes branch at the Kingdom Center. That feels like a communal living room. I could quite happily rock up with some friends and play board games over hot drinks and snacks for a few hours.The Cupar branch feels more like a fast food restaurant. I feel like I have to be in and out as fast as possible.

Reasonably new structure and all purpose built so everything feels, looks and flows right. Busy too. Very fast, efficient service and it’s noticeable that the staff change their roles often which will keep everyone fresh.
