Out of ten shirts (all M) that I picked up, one shirt (XL) did not belong to me - unbelievable! After several weeks, my missing Ted Baker ($160) shirt never turned up. The the credit offer today was for only $70 and absolutely no apology. I have over 80 shirts and I seemed to be of the problem because I could not describe the lost shirt - crazy! My recommendation is to never patronize this cleaners!!

Unsatisfactory. Their prices are always different depending on who serves you. There are more reliable and friendlier dry cleaners in the surrounding area

Warning Left in a christening dress, only to be returned with all the stencils removed and no idea where they go, this man has so respect removes things and doesn't care or think of asking first.

Got my coat back completely ruined, suede pressed with a hard iron, because they didn’t even read the label - and not even clean. Avoid.

I have tried numerous dry cleaners in the Belfast area and I have found, only Pure Dry Cleaner deliver a consistently good service. The staff are super friendly and are really good at cleaning whatever you bring in and the cost is competitive.
