The Railway Inn
An absolute gem. We stayed overnight at the B&B and ate dinner, too. Staff were so welcoming and friendly, and it had a really lovely village feel. The bedroom was lovely and was spotless. I'm really fussy, any dirt at all and I won't stay but the whole place was beautifully kept. The food was great and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the full breakfast due to other commitments, but the lovely lady working that morning made sure we got coffee, toast, and cereal to have around our schedule. A special shout out to her as she was so kind and accommodating. Thank you :-)

We visited as part of Norfolk restaurant week. For £20 we got 3 courses, all with good portions and very well cooked. Service was good, just a shame a noisy table meant you couldn't hear yourself think #inconsiderate.We didn't let it spoil a very good meal at a reasonable price. The conservatory was light and comfortable, but you could sit in the main pub too.

Just dropped in for a casual drink. Lovely atmosphere. Great outside area and the food looked and smelt great! Shame we had already eaten.

Welcoming and friendly pub. Excellent food served piping hot with all fresh ingredients. We had the steak burger which was delicious. Highly recommended.

Good night having food. Restaurant is small.so make a reservation. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Good menu and selection of drinks.Dog friendly.

Very pleased to have found this restaurant. We visited during Norfolk restaurant week and the food was superb, intrigued to know what their menu is like the rest of the year. Just as good I'm sure.

Excellent food. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend. We had fish pie and beef stroganoff followed by sticky toffee pudding and creme brulee with honeycomb

Excellent food, good price and plenty of it. Proper pub stuff, sat in the airy conservatory and will be going back again. I had very tasty cottage pie and himself had the scampi, both really nice meals. Not enough room to sample deserts!

Stayed in Docking for the weekend and thought we’d try the pub as it was on the doorstep and the menu looked nice online.Unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience. The drinks menus and menus were so sticky and really needed a good clean (quite off putting). The waitress was really helpful although one of the waiters was quite dismissive and walked away before you’d even finished your sentence.I ordered the fish pie which was ok but really no better than a ready meal. Other members of our group ordered the steak which was really fatty and no steak knives provided.Wanted this to be much better than it was especially for the price!
