Fantastic vets. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. The vets are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They provide excellent care for my cat. Particularly when she gets into scrapes! I have been going to this vets for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I brought my dog in today as an emergency and I cannot thank the incredible ladies enough.From calming me down on the phone, checking I was okay on the journey there, waiting for me as I pulled up, making me a cup of tea when I was upset and most of all making my dog healthy and okay.Thank you so much - I can’t say it enough!

01/06/23, our family dog Peggy suddenly became very unwell, my partner phoned Springfield and discussed her symptoms and we were asked how quickly could we get there. On arrival the receptionist asked if this was Peggy and we were taken straight in, with no waiting at all. The vet did his examination and was able to quickly diagnosed her. He explained everything to us whilst keeping Peggy calm and comfortable, we came to a decision to put put her asleep as she was a beautiful but old lady and so very poorly. He was so kind and patient and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes, which was so appreciated. I would definitely recommend to family and friends, because even in our sad moment they were so fantastic. I am just sorry I forgot to ask their names in the madness of it all so I could have thanked them. Thank you so much Springfield Veterinary team for helping our Peggy.

We have insurance for our dog and the retards have made us pay because they don't sort insurance claims, what a backwards way to work, so we now have to try to claim it back. How come other vets claim their bill direct from the insurance company,

Usually very good vets, which is why I signed up with them, but getting through to them on the phone seems nearly impossible. Even when they are showing to be less busy than usual, the phoneline is always busy. I'm glad I only need a check-up for my pet, but if it were more serious, I would be beside myself, and limited time to call is making this more difficult.

My dog was seen , procedure done and medication given within half an hour of me making a call to them , very efficient and friendly, thank you so much to all involved!
