Clacton-on-Sea

Clacton station has malfunctioning equipment that causes a low frequency hum to emanate from the tracks all day and night. The noise is destroying my life and I desperately need it to stop.

Very bad service!Obviously we are a group of tourist in this place, big bags behind us and more stuffs in our hands.Bought our tickets going back to London with 7 mins remaining to catch the train leaving at 11:05We quickly notice the ticket lady gave us a return ticket, which cost us more money than a single journey ticket.With no much time left, we ask inspector by the gate entrance on what to do with our tickets, quickly he replied! Its ok

Arguably THE WORST railway station in Essex with deliberately rude, unhelpful, & argumentative staff (Chavs from off the Clacton estate). The women staff actually stand on the main platform smoking, right in front of the notices THREATENING to fine passengers who do the same...

At Clacton on Sea Railway station. it never changes. The Railway station has always been small. And it's been the same old Train services from Clacton on Sea to London Liverpool Street. So I Think in the future. Clacton on Sea Railway station Should have a Great change in the future. Now I would like to make a few Suggestions.1. I Think Clacton on Sea Railway station Should Expand with some more platforms in the future.2. I Think There Should be some Brand New Direct Train services from Clacton on Sea to Heathrow Airport, Stansted Airport, Holyhead Ferryport, Enfield Town, Blackpool North, Aberdeen, Portsmouth via Winchester and Botley, Swansea, Hastings, Brighton, Penzance, Plymouth, Dover and Great Yarmouth.3. I Think There Should be Left Luggage at Clacton on Sea Railway station Should in the future.4. I Think There Should some Brand New Shops, Pubs, Bars and Restaurants etc at Clacton on Sea Railway station Should in the future as well .Now the reason why I am Suggesting all this is because the Traffic on the M25, A12, M11, A55, M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, A10, A406, A1, A2 etc. The Traffic is nothing but a waist of Time and it's not going to get any better. So I Think it's about Time that Clacton on Sea Railway station Should Should have a Great change in the future to Help cut down the Amount of Traffic and pollution off the Roads as possible. Also to Help Reduce overcrowding on London Underground and other Main Railway stations as well.

Unwelcoming miserable staff on the gate as usaul a simple morning or hello tickets please goes along way instead just standing there looking useless

The lady who served me m go on a course for customer service you overcharged me and the whole team Greater Anglia is just absolutely rude I have my rail card and disability railcard for my son and the man are still trying to refuse entrie

Very bad service and no one around telling anyone what’s happening me and my children were pushed around on station I will be taking this further

Traveled 7 hours to this station to finally meet up with the love of my life.

When trains arrive from london,the passengers have to open the gate to get out. Saw a member of staff,but ignored the train arriving, didn't open the gate and ignored the arriving passengers,never any staff around to help,surely something needs to be done.

Nice station with manned ticket office with trains going to all destinations around the UK.
