Useless in the extreme by every measure, shame I can't give zero stars.Every aspect of the process has been hard work and required several calls from me to get anything done. I have a history with this company and not had issues previously but this time it's been absolutely awful and I definitely wont use them again. I'm absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service. I do wonder what the difference would of been if I had done everything myself which is exactly how it feels anyway. In fact, it would have saved me time as I wouldn't of had to chase this lot over and over again.

This is my first time using an online agent to manage my property. In general my experience with this company so far has been good - a bit of miss communication at the start but since then things have gone mostly trouble free. I’ve personally mostly been in contact with Talia all the way through as it was her that spotted the issue and took the time to contact me at the start and I have to say since then she’s been a pleasure to deal with.
