So pleased with our new window, which was beautifully installed at a very competitive price. The old window was draughty and badly in need of replacing but in an awkward position and several other firms had looked at it but declined the job. Abbey Glass came to the rescue, were cheerful and professional in all our conversations, and did the job in a few hours with minimum fuss. Can highly recommend them.

Dropped 16inch x 48 inch diamond leaded failed double glazed pane in for replacement. Was asked if I had a previous price I said no so was told £155 and 7 to 14 days to make which I thought was a tad long and expensive. I left but given I was going on holiday Friday I didn't fancy the temporary wood panel being in during my trip so I rang a competitor on Broadfield rd to see if they could do it quicker. Yes was the answer 2 / 3 days max so I asked price £72 sounded more realistic. The only conclusion I can come to is given I was a random walk in member of the public someone was trying to have my pants down unfortunately we are not all that guillable. Collected pane and dropped off at Sheffield window company collection tomorrow afternoon. Anyone can draw there own conclusion I am just quoting the facts.

Went in hoping they could cut me a peice of glass for my bearded dragons vivarium as I had just moved house and it got smashed!Within less than 5 minutes the guy had sorted my problem out!He even did the job for free after hearing my dragon had been rescued and only had three legs!!Thank you so much!!Couldn't ask for better service! You made a job that I thought would be a difficult one into no problem at all!!

Great service, they were really speedy with a quote for a broken window, the turnaround was pretty fast to order the glass and install it, final price was lower than the original estimate. Fitters were friendly and professional and had the broken pane replaced quickly and they took the damaged glass away too. Would definitely recommend.
