Tom is polite, principled, diligent, down-to-Earth and provides services at good value for money. He even swept up. When we suddenly decided to add two things, he wasn't phased (not even three phased) and accommodated our requests affably. Very pleased with the work and Tom's willingness to find affordable solutions while not compromising quality, and refusing to do things which I wanted but would have meant the installation was not up to code. Communication and punctuality good.

Full marks to Efficient Electrical. Tom really looked after us when we suddenly had no electric due to cable damage,he attended on a call out and got us back on then returned to do a bigger job the next day. Many thanks to Tom and Efficient Electrical for a brilliant job.

Couldn’t recommended Tom at Efficient Electrical enough. I had some spotlights needed fitting and I didn’t want the floorboards above being touched so installed through the ceiling, which was no problem. Really clean and tidy and done very quickly with no issues. Also needed a switch moving from the kitchen which wasn’t a problem. Tom checked everything thoroughly to make sure I was happy and couldn’t do enough. Would recommended!

I had an issue with my cooker not working. I spoke to the chap who talked me through some simple diagnostics (fuse, switch etc). He was able to diagnose it over the phone, saving me a lot of grief and money. What a legend and Thank you.

Tom has replaced and improved the electrics in my1960’s semi and updated all electrical work. He is reasonably priced and very tidy and punctual . Highly recommended.
