Had a puncture right next to the garage around closing time and they sorted me on my way promptly. Could not ask for a better service!

Phone my insurance company after the chain snapped on my motorcycle tonight (Bank Holiday weekend) and they immediately dispatched Craig out to come and recover me and my bike to my home address. Great guy and great service, loaded the bike onto the flatbed with a proper motorcycle dolly and tension straps, then had a good chat all the way home. Happy to recommend them to any biker caught out and in trouble.

Friendly and helpful. They've always fitted us in at short notice and done a good job at a reasonable price.

Annoyingly for me my gearbox stopped working 3hrs away from home so I called my breakdown recovery. Within no time at all Craig came out to look at my van and within 40 minutes had fixed it!! I was so happy...and must say that Craig is a brilliant, friendly guy that obviously knows his trade. Thank you so much...brilliant 5 star service...

I had my car towed by Craig - he was incredible.Having never been in a breakdown situation before, he was so kind and reassuring on the phone, helped me figure out where I was and came in record time. He made sure I was okay and prioritised safety. Did a very thorough check and secured my car. He was kind enough to take me where I needed to go and even went fully out of his way to help me with my things and walk me safely.He really went above and beyond and was so incredibly kind and reassuring - I’m deeply grateful and will never forget how such a scary situation can be so quickly changed with the kindness and professionalism of a very competent and empathetic individual. I had the absolute pleasure of doing business with this garage after I broke down on the M6, it took less that 20 minutes for them to arrive and recover the vehicle and i was immediately told what was wrong with it which ended up saving me a lot of money on pointless repairs. I only wish that i lived nearer so i could buy them a pint for coming to my rescue. They are true professionals and genuinely the some nicest people you can meet. After a breakdown on the A500, and not knowing the area, at 7.30ish i called my recovery people, they sent out Miles Green Garages.
