Went to 1st counciling session, friendly staff and felt comfortable to talk, it's not easy for men to talk about CSA, and childhood violence, but am hoping to get my head in a better place, I'm doing it for a year, so will review again in 3 months,

I have only had my assessment, but the lady was wonderful. The fact that you have to wait so long to get in there speaks for itself. It's a safe haven for the vulnerable, and I'm positive it's going to be worth the wait.
