Great for a short stay for a family but would be expensive for a long stay.Liked · You definitely pay for the location of the place right across the road from the Liverpool Street Train Station. the space was massive we had a 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen areas were nice and we were able to relax in the common areas. The rooms were spacious and had a wardrobe in each.Disliked · The apartment is serviced every second day and we were here for 3 nights, however after putting up the please clean my room" sign and speaking to the front desk to verify that we require cleaning nothing happened. Went to the front desk to ask if it was happening later on and they said housekeeping and left for the day. Asked if we wanted it done the next day ... we were checking out."

Tiny shower I had to leave one door open so I could use it and I'm not a large person. Mould in the shower. Broken and missing tiles. Very loud from the street noise. Toilet situated where you have to have one foot in the shower to sit on the toilet.Good location and convenient to tube and businesses. Staff seems pleasant.

This is one best suited to visitors which have a priority for location over other aspects of the stay. Communal areas were dirty & run down, with ripped carpets having ingrained dirt, damaged paintwork & damaged signageRooms were functional but much more basic than shown in the photographs - although they were generally clean with the exception of an ongoing damp problem in the bathroom. As per other reviews the rooms do not look like the photographsOverall the hotel needed a refresh although if accommodation in this location was a must the condition of the accommodation can be tolerated

The rooms looked nothing like the photos.Everything was quite old and the hygiene was questionable.The worst part were the broken bathroom tiles that leaked water whenever you stepped on them, and the infernal continuous noise (like a generator or AC engine) that came from the windows, that were not properly isolated.The heating was quite weak and the pillows were a festival of acari, which is never nice when you are allergic to dust. I made a concert of sneezes to the whole 4th floor.The service just didn't exist, I stayed for three nights yet no one came to clean the apartment.I had to wait 10 minutes on reception just to check-out since there was no one, yet the receptionist tried to guilt trip me into paying £25 as a service fee".I don't recommend it at all

Can't recommend and won't return. Basic rooms, nothing like the photos, AC not working but the main issue was bad will - had a problem using a booking website that led to a double booking of an apartment, more then a month away from the stay and they didn't allow the cancellation and correction of the issue. Unbelievable.

If I could give this place a zero scoring, I would!! There was an issue on arrival with the getting the room type that we had booked and reconfirmed (which was eventually sorted but not without its problems) but then there was also no communication between the staff with regards to the payment that was collected on arrival - phone the room the following day to follow up on this. There is a charge of £55 per night for an extra bed - I think the floor would have been more comfortable!!When we went to checkout, the receptionist who was on duty was refusing to accept to hold our bags because their luggage storage room was too full - without even trying to make room... I had to go in myself and reorganise it so that our bags, and others could then be accepted.I would NOT recommend this place - even though the location was ideal for what we needed

Stayed back in 2015. As I recall pleasant, clean accommodation , great location. Prices mid range.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world. This is by far the most deceiving hotel you will find. They label it as a “luxury” serviced apartment. Firstly we paid a large amount to stay here, we were offered no help with the luggage, stroller and other travelling items we had. We took one step in the room to find it was out dated, dirty and at the the time we checked in had construction on the outside. We went to place our bags in the bedroom and there were construction workers peering in the windows and the noise level from the street was as if you were on the ground level outside. We asked for our money back so we could book a different hotel. The manager was not helpful and in the end we had to pay over 400£ to walk away from a 5 day stay. I would NEVER EVER consider staying here or recommending it to anyone!

Rooms don’t smell nice. Smells old and like burning tires. Difficult to find for visitors and not very knowledgeable or friendly staff. Overall not more than. 2.5/5. Charging an extra £35 as a “service charge” was completely unnecessary. They didn’t offer anything special. Do not recommend.

BEWARE The photos do not reflect the quality of the room!!!This is really only good for university kids who come to the city to party. The rooms are big and the location is right in the center of the Liverpool area. However… the rooms are pretty dumpy. The AC is not guaranteed and the staff refused to fix it for us.I would say that you avoid this place if you have kids or are expecting anything nice like a hotel.
