SUEZ recycling and recovery UK

Rubbish! Mixed, electrical, green, metals, you name it, they take it.... Well except, nuclear waste or asbestos, but if you are getting rid of stuff you shouldn't have bought in the first place this will take it. There is also a reselling centre for stuff that still has life left in it. Make sure you have proof of living in calderdale, cos they do check sometimes.

We use the second hand shop at this recycle centre open 5 days a week .. closed tues and weds. Great for a good route round and a brilliant place for anyone who is into upcycling or needing start up or start again bits for the home :). Staff are friendly and helpful.

Love the upcycle place Revive. The team there are very friendly and helpful. I do think however that the money made here should go back into the community or to charity not in to the pockets of Suez. They get the stuff free so why not share the profits they make?

Lots of things can be recycled here ,not paint .Fabulous shop on site raising money for charity selling things that otherwise would be dumped,great Xmas decorations currently , furniture ,books ,kitchen things etc ,good prices .shut Tues Wednesday

Great big shop space for buying donated goods and keeping them from landfill. Had all sorts - hamster cages, crockery, children's toys, picture frames, furniture, tiles, lamp shades. Garden and car items too. Lot of excellent stuff to find a new life. Prices seem reasonable and the people there are helpful and friendly. Will come again.

All the best item are kept to one side in the back for the new liverpool manager for his ebay account price are discussing to say its other people junk

Glad it's open in the current situation but staff now merely stand around directing traffic, don't assist elderly people and those who clearly need it. Yes I know...... social distancing.....but it doesn't seem to stop them standing next to each other chatting.Note to others who are thinking of going, the queue time is currently 30 to 40 mins midweek and up to one hour plus on a weekend.Also, since the 10am to 4pm opening hours started they close the gates at 3.30pm to sweep up". It would perhaps be more accurate if the website showed the opening hours as 10 - 3.30pm to prevent wasted trips for the residents of Calderdale.Don't get me wrong we are fortunate the facility is open but it's a long

I went down to the tip yesterday twice , to get rid of nine bags of garden rubbish. I was watched by men who work there as l struggled to empty these bags , no one offered to help me . Two of them sat in chairs watching me , and one stood beside me and then walked away . I'm a woman over 70 and l was absolutely disgusted and upset at the unhelpful situation l found myself in .

Its very organised polite attendants and easy to get in and out even when busy. Just wished drivers would be abit more polite on the road in and out as they go abit to fast so be careful.
