worst food in slough , meat feast taste like plastic . never on time , always late and always deliver the wrong food . mohsin the owner should shamed of him self.

My order was taken incorrectly and then I was blamed and spoken to in a different language. Poor hygiene and poor customer service - business needs to be investigated!

They accept the payment on their website but don't deliver. Happened multiple times. Seems dodgy place. This time i am claiming the money by my card issuer.Fraud... Avoid them!

Great tasting doners, naan and especially pizzas! Have only ever got great customer service from the guys here and the owner has always looked after us as our whole family orders from here. Keep it up!

Working in slough for a few months. Come in from the pub across the road. Food has been great everytine and price is excellent. Told all the guys at work and we now order delivery to our site. Lovely bunch of guys in there too, always have a good laugh with them.I don’t usually write reviews but while I was going online to give the takeaway number to my mate, I came across some negative reviews. These reviewers must always complain I’m guessing because there’s nothing but positives I’ve experienced. Only once did we have a slight delay because one order was missing a minor detail. They offered another on the house! Thanks to everyone at grill n pizza!!Mark :)

The best custormer service on the phone and on the shop floor. Well spoken very beautiful food.. lovely place to bring family and friends to eat in or take out.. I recommend the shop to all my family and friends and many more ..

Get rid of the kid at the frontline, he’s ruining your business (bipolar) rude ignorant little boy needs to be sent to a mental asylum...no grill food available so y call yourselves grill and pizza. Freshy uncle at the back preparing pizza well mannered and owners never there. Less meat on their special pizza and quantity and size has gone down and prices gone up. Sorry will move on to another pizza takeaway. Even though the taste was nice when “told uncle g pls make an effort on this pizza it’s for a specific person

Where do I start?After leaving my order, I was told to wait 20 minutes, which is perfectly acceptable. I took this opportunity to go for a walk around the block.However, after going back in after 25 minutes, my order was still being prepared. I am fine with a slight delay but in total this order took 60 minutes.First thing to go wrong was the 3 kebabs I ordered. I could see the Naans (if you can call them that?) were rock hard. They advertise fresh Naan but these were absolutely solid. They started to wrap them with no salad, when I mentioned this they said they will give the salad separate. I didn't know this was a build your own sort of place! When I got home neither of the 3 kebabs had any sauce on.The 2 chicken burgers I ordered did not have the salad ingredients that they advertise. All they had was a few slices of onion on and no sauce.In total we spent £26.00 and to be honest if they hadn't taken the money before ordering, I would have given up halfway and gone elsewhere.I can safely say this is the worst takeaway experience I have had in Slough and I have lived here since 1983.Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else, there is plenty of choice on Slough High Street.
