Staff wasn’t interested in helping even though we tried and asked a couple of times.

Dinner jacket hire was more expensive than I was expecting and seems to be much pricier than when I last hired from Moss Bros (albeit this was probably 8-10 years ago). The 4 day rental period is also not very generous and caused me some logistical issues.However, the staff in the the Cabot Circus branch were extremely efficient, conscientious and polite, making sure I had everything that I needed and that my experience was a good one. For this reason I wouldn’t hesitate to use Moss Bros for suit hire again or recommend others to do the same.

I had a fantastic experience with Georgia at Moss! Her friendly and relaxed demeanor, coupled with a great sense of humor, made the styling session enjoyable. Georgia's product knowledge was impressive; she effortlessly guided me to specific items and offered plenty of helpful recommendations. What stood out the most was her non-pushy approach—I appreciated that she let me take my time without pressuring me to buy anything. I bought some trousers and shoes, and I now have more of an idea of what I want for a suit. Highly recommend her for a stress-free and enjoyable shopping experience!

Far from a great experience. Booked for a suit fitting for my first wedding so was fairly excited, the manager was one of the rudest and unwelcoming people ever to work in retail. Properly rude, purchased a suit in store and another online, went to return one and he tried saying was out of my 7 day return, showed him return policy online and he said nope no way, rang customer service and they said I had 28 days, he was even more rude after that. I have no idea why someone would work in a shop if they hate people.The two girls that did actually help me were amazing, did not catch their names but both were superstarsI would not return to this particular store again and cant imagine this guy enjoys his job

Paid £650 just to get a faulty CUSTOM MADE SUIT, come on guys, if you pay that amount of money and get this bad service how do you fell, use your common sense, and all I got is just a sorry, that's it, they do offer to alter my sleeve but it will be took around 3 weeks at least, while I will be out of UK next week, I don't really know how busy you guys are but this is so unacceptable and unprofessional.To be frankly, the whole suit is not really bad but for some reason the sleeve is totally longer than my arm which make me look stupid, and when I asked they said they did exactly to the recorded measurement which I was really surprised because my arms cannot be shortened in any imaginable miracle way.Even when they use a sample suit as a base, the suit's sleeve is just longer than my arm wrist for around 1 cm.I am not gonna waste my money on MOSS BROS ever again.

I had a fantastic experience at Moss Bross Suit Service, thanks to the assistance of a young woman who went above and beyond to help my partner . Her attention to detail was exceptional. She guided him through the selection process with patience and expertise, ensuring he found the perfect suit for my needs. Her friendly and professional demeanour made the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Moss Bross

In-store staff need more training on suits sizing, trends, customer advice AND payments/refunds procedures.ONLINE support staff though are much more helpful and efficient.

Staff were friendly and super helpful, but the Moss Bros experience wasn't great.I attended a suit fitting, calling ahead to make sure they had my size - which I was told they did.On the day, we arrived and they told me they didn't have any suits my size and they would order them in. A little annoying, but mistakes happen. So we did that.We were called to say the suits were in, so we booked another appointment. Arriving on the day, we were told they didn't have the suits. They asked to book us again, which I declined. They said they would have them in the next day - I still declined.The next day, I had six calls and a voicemail asking why I hadn't attended when they'd ordered the suits in ...The staff are super nice, but whatever system they're using clearly doesn't work
