Products got delayed for reasons forseable by the conpany and then missed the revised delivery date. Company is not reliable for meeting delivery deadlines or revised delivery deadlines. No aftercare received.

I have used Total Merchandise several times over the last few years, the merch is always great but the real winning point is the customer service. Every single team member I've dealt with has gone above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, calling me multiple times to keep me updated with the process just to make sure I'm happy with everything. A dream to deal with.

I would rate 0 if I could.We ordered a few items for an event with a hard deadline for a Monday delivery... not only did I have extreme difficulties throughout the entire process getting what I ordered but I also had extreme difficulty getting proofs from them AND they didn't deliver when needed... to top it all of - they didn't even put the right address on the parcels.In total, I made over 15 calls to them as they never sent updates as promised. Eventually, when I got tired of begging them to deliver a service, I asked for a manager - who was always conveniently busy and would call back... I am still waiting. No one likes to deal with bad conversations but as a manager, it is their job to deal with issues like this and not have their staff flail around.After discussions with other agencies, I've found that there is an unspoken rule to never use them... I suggest staying clear.
