Mel was awesome! Very warm and welcoming. She made me feel extremely comfortable whilst doing the wax and having a little chat in between. I must say the experience was pleasant and I'm very happy with the service provided; quick, neat and no pain! Thanks!

Had a gel removal & gel manicure yesterday. Salon is lovely and clean. Staff are all great. My treatment was to a fantastic standard & they had a huge range of colour choices. Will definitely recommend and return.

Very very poor had 30 min express manicure.. was 15 mins while sat v close to person next to me could have gone to a nail bar for that. SHOCKED staff having 3 way conversations and im.the customer im the middle never will i cross the path of this palce again. VERY silly to have paid shocked! Went for a mild even tiny pampering this is not the place

I've been bothered about my jowls for a while and wanted to see what I could do. After a thorough consultation, Mel recommended dermal fillers and HIFU to make my face a little more heart shaped.I'm really happy with the results. My friends have started to notice a difference (HIFU takes up to 12 weeks!) and I feel that I look so much fresher.Mel is really fun yet understanding and I would recommend anyone who is toying with the idea of aesthetics to have a chat with her first!

Ive been going to this place for years for the massage. The staff os very friendly and well trained. I always come out relaxed and happy.

Very good eyebrow shaping with wax but they did not make the shape of them the same. One is smaller then then the other. I have had facials twice here and every time I either got mascara in my eyes from them not cleaning my makeup and the other they got soap or some kind of facial cleaner in my eyes! It was horrible! The second time my vision was blurry for almost 3 hours! The first time they did very well and cleaned my face nicely but the second time they didnt do anything i asked for. I paid £25 for which i asked for them to take my blackheads out and they did nothing! They put exactly 3 creams on my face and that was it! Along with a bit of hot steam on my face. Over all, the eyebrows were ok but im not coming back for any facials
