The training session was excellent. The presenter Jim, actively delivered the Emergency First Aid course and involved the participants in practical demonstrations. The venue was spacious and the sitting arrangement was well laid out.

So grateful to Tidal Training who will be delivering a family first aid training session during next year's February half term holiday, to our families in St. Paul's. We've been working with Tidal Training Direct Limited now for some time, and we couldn't be more impressed. Clare especially works tirelessly pushing the Public Hearts Defibrillator Campaign to help increase public access to defibrillators to help protect communities around Cheltenham and surrounding areas from sudden cardiac arrest. This was a fantastic course that I discovered through word of mouth from another local business owner and also the Cheltenham BID network. Tidal are extremely passionate trainers to have updated my 1st aid training in the workplace with. The course was very thorough and Claire the business owner has relentlessly campaigned to bless our community with defib's.
