It was extremely bad experience dealing with the company.The flat, we have rented, hadn’t had hot water for three days when we moved in.There was no compensation offered .Also, one week later when we moved in, the flat turned out on the market for sell.Check over everything, dealing with them.

Excellent service from Taylor Gibbs from the rental, management and then sales teams. Being based locally made such a big difference to the rental with their local knowledge of the area, compared to another company I had used who tried to manage the property from the other side of the country. Very impressed with the sales team - great with communicating everything, always on hand to answer questions when needed, and worked tirelessly to get the property sold. Much appreciated!

By far the best real estate agents I have dealt with for a rental property. Charlotte was extremely professional and friendly. Her communication and execution exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend the team at Taylor Gibbs, Highgate highly enough. So much so, I am genuinely sad to be leaving my rental with them. That says a lot about a tenant's experience!!
