Very efficient and professional.I went to their shop on Tuesday and presented my needs.Their staff did all the prep work in three business days and came and installed my sign on Saturday morning.Very quick to resolve all issues!

Absolutely ridiculous service, Extremely rood and unprofessional.Check the prices before making payment as they will try charging you extra even though price’s are stated on posters, these people tried to extort me when using their services. Stay away!16 printing, the comments you have made are completely inaccurate, first of all the purpose of my review is not unprofessional nor intended to reduce your ratings. It is to provide feedback of my experience using your store.The service I tried to use was in store and not online and there was clear pricing displayed upon entry of your store. The female clerk I spoke to was completely unprofessional who was making up statements I did not make. Second of all, the clerk did not print anything off as she stated she is not going to do the pictures in a rude manner, so therefore your comments are also inaccurate and you are mistaken! I cannot say 16 printing is a genuine trader as you have tried to rip me off prior to being challenged on the pricing displayed. I suggest you speak with your staff and relay training on customer service opposed to defending unprofessional staff who are rude and condescending to their paying customers. This type of attitude is not good for business!!, I will add, this review is based on my experience along with a conversation with other customers in your store. I will personally not be using your store.

We were browsing the internet for a printing office to help us with our self-designed birth announcement card. Usually you end up with an online service however many of them could not provide the requirements we requested. This sparked the idea to go local so we could clearly explain what and how we wanted it. 16 Printing was within walking distance and decided to give it a try - we are very happy we did!I got the idea that this was somewhat a smaller service for them, but nonetheless they were very willing to help, very responsive to emails and the end result was exactly the way we wanted it to be. We would definitely go back and recommend this shop to everyone.

Brilliant service! As a business they go out of their way to help their customers. I was in need of some A1 prints over the weekend and they make it possible when soo many other businesses refused or couldn't do it.Top class people and service and very fair pricing. Thanks
