Vikki provided a valuation and created a gorgeous advert, Megan arranged viewings and took offers on our property and provided great advice. Natalie is now dealing with our sale progression after our house sold in just three weeks. Trustworthy estate agency who I would definitely recommend.

My wife and I have a couple of investment properties which are managed by G.R. Estates. The Sales Progressor, Natalie was always chasing things up and forever updating us and speaking to us and making sure we were 100% onboard at all times and answered any question we had to ask. Vikki was super lovely and helpful. I was only calling to enquire about a rental property I had seen to rent monthly. She seemed really lovely and approachable so i neded up telling her about tm2 properties i wanted to sell. Then about 4 days later she had sold my tenanted property for me. I hadn't even actioned her yet. Can't really praise her enough. Even if the sale falls through, she's gone a bone and beyond with fast communication and service. I've already referred her and will happily refer then to anyone x

I cant say enough about G.R, Estates. Megan made a fabulous video, Lee kept me up to date and is so professional and Vicky was also very pleasant and informative with information. I'm a landlord from down south and was looking at expanding into the Middlesbrough area. I rang around and spoke with various agents, but none have come close to the level of help/advice being offered by this team. I believe because they are a smaller team, their is more of a personal service on offer, rather than 'your just a sale'. They have helped in advising on area's to purchase, through to help with potential rental figures. The lettings manager works very well with the sales team and they complement each other very well. For me, I want to feel I'm a valued customer, receiving their full attention every time I make contact, even when my requests may by tedious, but they are important to me and answered professionally every time. So a big thank you to Vikki, Lee, Megan and Cher whom I have dealt with so far and looking forwarding to building a lasting relationship with many happy years ahead.

I would highly recommend GR Estates to any prospective sellers considering which estate agents to go with. They are extremely efficient and our house was on Rightmove within 48 hours of their initial no obligation valuation/market appraisal, with viewers within 24 hours, with a potential sale within 72 hours. Vicki was amazing, very supportive and listened to our needs and gave a realistic appraisal. Nothing was too much trouble. We did not feel pressured in any way. Very reasonable fees, with various options and upfront, honest information. Megan has also been brilliant and we cannot fault the communication process. Lee had also been great. Not had any contact with other members of the team as yet but everyone we have dealt with has been amazing. The company is dynamic and professional, yet approachable and down to earth.
