I had an amazing afternoon at Coach House Pianos Swansea trying a wide selection of the most beautiful pianos in their showroom!From the very first phone contact with the office team to delivery and aftercare, I was treated like a VIP!Dan's invaluable input and guidance helped me choose the best piano for me and my budget without any pressure whatsoever, plus he took into account the music I love to play including Beethoven, Chopin, Rachmaninoff and more.With so many beautiful pianos to choose from we eventually whittled it down to four pianos, any one of which would have been a perfect choice. I chose the Kawai K500 ATX4 silent piano that incorporates an acoustic piano with amazing, exciting features. I can play at any time, day or night, without disturbing anyone! With headphones on it's just me, my piano and my music. The fact I can play at any time is such a benefit, one I hadn't thought about before experiencing it at the showroom.My piano was delivered just nine days later by the delivery team who took great care to navigate some really tight corners perfectly. Thank you so much, delivery boys.Their customer aftercare is first class, especially when Dan delivered a missing cable personally to my home that very same evening!It was such a perfect, memorable day for me choosing my piano, one I will always remember, and one that was made special by Dan in the showroom and the whole team at Coach House Pianos Swansea.It's wonderful to have such a beautiful piano in the house again. Excellent service! My Late Father bought my Mother a Grand Piano from Coach House several years ago and we have always had excellent service. When the time came to buy my Children a piano there was only one place to go! Aled looked after us and showed us all the various options but there was only one make we could buy to be a one make Family! Dan also gave me very sound advice when I went back to pay for the piano! Craig is a great piano tuner! My Wife and I cannot speak highly enough of them and just lovely people to deal with!

Coach House have been handling the part exchange of my precious Bechstein Model L (too big for my new place) for a Yamaha YUS3 SH3. They are a really excellent company to deal with - absolutely lovely people - and I am truly delighted with my new Yamaha, which is giving me depths of tone and sound which I never expected from any upright piano.
