Pink nails #1

I went in to get my nails done for my wedding anniversary for the first time in a while and the man who did them was extremely rude when I picked up on one of the nails being put on wonky, he then proceeded to not give me the right shape and demand my money from me. I just wanted to leave at this point as I already have social anxiety as it is so I left but my husband went back and spoke to them. They offered me my money back minus the cost for acrylic removal which I felt was reasonable and the lady that did them was very apologetic and kind however I do not recommend going.

I’ve been going there to get my nails done for the past few months I think it’s really good! usually get quite long acrylics so the fact the only have to pay 35 is amazing to me x

NO STAR ---- I will be reporting to trading standards, health and safety. I don't even believe these people are actually qualified. My 14 year old nails have been done so bad she has been left in pain. Staff are rude. Area is dirty. this shop should be closed down .

Nails are uneven and super thick, nail tech did not understand instructions: I had to pull my hand away and repeat myself a thousand times, and they still managed to mess it up. Now I went for an infil somewhere else and I found fungi on my nail due to them using dirty tools most likely. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

my nails i get done from here are usually good and done well but i have just been and they are awful , nothing like my reference photo and took the polish off as soon as i got home . Nail polish wasn’t t done right and just looked messy. Personally i found the worker very rude

Absolutely disgusting service at this so called salon. My daughter and her friend came in to have nails done as a treat - they were shouted at by the lady to “go get money” before the treatment. Then their nails were completely botched - smudged and different lengths and not the colour requested.When they asked for it to be rectified they were shouted at again with the lady making it quite obvious speaking to a colleague about them (foreign language but scathing tone was understandable).As two young girls (12) coming in for an Easter treat to be spoken to and disregarded like this is unacceptable - I’m sure it wouldn’t have happened to an adult such as myself.They ended up going to my regular salon, Emma’s Nails in the clocktower centre for the nails to be put right at a further cost of £40I will go in the salon when I’m not working in next couple of days to try to resolve.

Was unsure to try this shop after reviews but I went today got a lovely set of nails done really pleased will definitely go back again

Paid £30 for some ombré nails, the price was decent looking at the outcome. Bit concerned about the hygiene of the place, nails on the floor and they used the same tools and latex gloves for everyone. However after your treatment they allow you to wash your hands in the salon. The lady that did my nails didn’t speak much but was very focused on the nails and definitely took her time to make sure they were right. Would go again.

The woman who did my nails (this is the same month salons reopened after Covid restrictions) wore dirty latex gloves and when the customer before me left the seat she waved me over immediately and started, wore the same gloves, did not sanitize anything, including the files, table, everything including her (gloved) hands, just took my hands and started my nails.The appearance of the nails is good and they work fast. However after 20 years of having acrylic and gel nails, I ended up developing an allergy to it here, as well as the huge concerns over Covid safety.

They did my daughters nails really badly, when she asked them to remove them because they were so horrendous this is what they did to her nails and then asked her to leave!
