Staff such as Ben and Alex left a positive impression for great customer service. My wife and I had booked a couple studio at Unilife High Street, Southampton. It was perfect for us as there was proper space for us both to study and to relax as well. One of the best aspects of the studio was the amount of storage we both had to keep all our bags, clothes, and other belongings. In addition to that we moved into a new building so everything in the studio was brand new and in pristine condition. The general quality of everything provided in the studio was fantastic.A special mention to all members of the Unilife staff, especially our main point of contact, Ben, who were all exceptionally helpful throughout our stay at Unilife. They were always available when required, and very quick to take action on any issues, queries or concerns that were raised. We also greatly appreciated the fact that they always ensured there were breakfast-to-go items available for the residents on a regular basis.Overall, we had a very pleasant experience that was made better by the fact that the accommodation was in a very convenient location, and the amazing staff who made our stay at Unilife High Street memorable. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for quality student accommodation to consider Unilife.

I am really pleased and grateful for finding Unilife. I did a lot of research before deciding to sign a contract with Unilife and until now I believe that was the wisest choice I could make. Comparing the price with other private rented halls, Unilife is the best value for money, at the greatest location of all, right in the city centre and closest to the National Oceanography Centre. The studios are quiet, perfect for students who want to focus on their studies. Last but not least, the Unilife personnel are always helpful, ready to answer any questions, or assist with anything needed. It's about all those little details that do matter. A truly Uni(que) life experience. Thank you!

I chose to live in Unilife High Street for all the convenience it offered. The location was great. The all-inclusive bills meant I didn't have to worry about unexpected expenses. Most of all, I valued the security, knowing that I didn't have to worry much about break-ins and such. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Problems with the room (which were very rare) were dealt with very promptly and efficiently. Even though I knew I paid a slightly high price, for all the comfort and the pewce of mind, it was all worth it.

Room is good. View is bad as i’m in the first floor. Facilities are not available. No Elevator, No Gym, No Coffee machine, No Good security, No lobby. New section is yet to be built and construction is very noisy. Above all the place is overpriced and I was not compensated for the un-availability of the facilities. I will remove this comment once I get a partial refund. If you see this comment, they didn’t.

The price is too high, the staff is rude and not helpful at all, no one stays in the building during the day so if you locked out from your room its a big trouble, you wait until they see your calls and you pay a lot of money just to get in your room again. Unlike other private halls, you pay for every mistake you do. Laundry rooms are too small, there isnt any rooms for you to socialize with other people... Hated it!!
