Kettering Park Hotel & Spa

This resort is gorgeous and the staff completely embody the ethos. Nothing was too much trouble and we were really well taken care of. It had such a family feel that it was like coming home. Rooms are hidden away with the layout of the hotel having all amenities together. Great ideas for reducing the carbon footprint with carafes and stations to fill up on fresh filtered water and fresh milk.I cannot wait to be back!

My husband treated us to a last minute weekend stay. The staff are so professional, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful on the inside, like a true countryside escape. The room was full of lovely little touches, was spotlessly clean and maintained and the bed was comfy. The food both dinner and breakfast were amazing. The spa is lovely and family friendly at certain times and at others is adults only which is a lovely touch. I really enjoyed our stay and will be staying again and recommending.

We had a fantastic time at a murder mystery dinner.The hotel staff are wonderful - helpful and attentive. Service was professional and quick - appearing effortless but likely because they work hard as a team.The venue has well appointed and decorated rooms. Free wifi.

Lakeside Manor Retreat provided a perfect blend of luxury and nature. The manor's architecture was stunning, and the view of the lake was mesmerizing. Our room was spacious and exquisitely decorated. The on-site activities, like kayaking and hiking, added to the experience. The staff's attention to detail made us feel pampered. This is a gem for those seeking a peaceful lakeside escape.

We visited this beautiful hotel at the weekend and what a wonderful time we had. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite as we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary and the room was extremely spacious with a lounge and separate bedroom. We used the spa which was great, we do love a spa and have visited a few and so this is an honest review in comparison to others! The steam room, sauna and hot tub were as expected and we enjoyed them! The pool was a little on the chilly side, not so much if you want to use it to swim laps, you'll soon warm up! And nice and refreshing after using the sauna etc but if you want to have a gentle swim then it is a little chilly for our liking! That didn't take away from the experience though. There are a few beds and seating in the area but would be nice to have a few more comfy seats when it's busy. That said, it didn't take long for us to be able to move from a bench to a comfier seat and it was never really too busy. A nice bonus that you can also order food and drinks in the spa.We spent some time in the bar which was a nice atmosphere and we ate in the restaurant in the evening. The food was lovely and again a nice atmosphere. The breakfast was fantastic, nothing on a buffet and all served to the table so this was a nice touch. It seemed busy but extremely efficient at breakfast.The hotel itself is beautiful, yes it's on a business park but you are immersed in a completely different environment the minute you step inside! There is an area out the back with gardens and seating, lovely to sit out and have a drink in the sunshine. All in all we had a fantastic stay and will most definitely return!

It's a hotel for businesses to use but it suited us as we could meet with friends. Amazing service from cheerful helpful staff. Good food, lovely swimming pool,sauna, steam room. Kettering town centre and Wicksteed Park to keep us amused.

Well, we celebrated our Golden Wedding there last Sunday. We chose the Kettering Spa hotel because I had been to other events there and had been very impressed with the rooms, the service and the meals. The staff are pleasant and helpful and our event went off with all of our guests being pleased with the venue and the service. We had a wonderful, happy celebration and were very impressed with the welcoming card in our room, and the bottle of champagne in the fridge!!! The hotel is very accessible - we had family coming from Scotland, Germany, Singapore, and all over England - driving there is easy because it is near to major roads and is accessed off the second roundabout you come to travelling south. Plenty of car parking space too. There are seating areas outside as well as comfortable bars inside, and the food is lovely - both the celebration lunch and the bar snacks. My husband liaised with staff who organised our choice of menus, place cards (with peoples' choice of menu written on the back - brilliant), and seating arrangements in absolute accordance with what we had asked for. It was a lovely if short weekend and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience of catching up with family members who we hadn't seen for years, in comfortable surroundings. Just great!

This is a wonderful hotel. Room is spotless, large with a sofa and fridge. Staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. Food is delicious. Atmosphere is lovely. This is a really great hotel and value for money is exceptional. Location is very close to A14 and really easy to find but when you arrive here it's really quiet and peaceful.

I went for Sunday lunch ,my meal was nice but our main courses all came out at different times and there was a delay in bringing our vegetables. My friends Yorkshire pudding was frozen in the middle and had to be returned . My friend has allergies and choice was limited on the Sunday lunch menu, for pudding she ordered dairy free brownie with vanilla ice cream and was brought the brownie with chocolate ice cream. We asked for more veg but by the time they came we had finished our meal.We had to go and ask for sauces to accompany our roast . When they took my friends plate due to frozen yorkie,they took her cutlery and we had to go and find a waitress to get her cutlery. The waitress was pleasant and polite and the other meals were nice.
