Finished breakfast early. Good thing is, like Mc Donald’s. If you don’t get the service as advertised there another one in a different direction. Thank you.

A customer saying hello into the back politely from the counter as no one is around then apologising when you appear (as I wasnt sure if you knew I was there or not) is not rude in my opinion. It does not warrant bad attitude service, unfriendly demeanour and deliberate omission of any pleasantries. All you've done is alienate a long standing customer who prides themselves on being courteous. Next time shout back just a minute or something and leave the huffing at home

I have called in on my way to work for a coffee and occasional breakfast barm, the staff are friendly and welcoming, always good service.
