Went there today with my wife and enjoyed it- shop was busy but food , coffee and customer service quality was top-notch. Theani suggested us to try strawberry and ricotta cake - full of flavour! First time visiting Gail's and will be coming back.

Great bakery and coffee chain with many locations around London. This location has nice outdoor seating on a pedestrianized street. The baked goods are consistently fresh and tasty.

The pecan banana cake was very nice, absolutely love the caramelised sauce on top, it matches very well with the pecan! It was a bit pricey but would definitely recommend.

Very small and busy but the bakery smells SO HEAVENLY (especially in the morning). Enjoyed their latte and mocha with a flaky croissant.

Unfortunately a disappointing Gail’s experience. To be honest, I’m a fan of their pastries however service keeps getting worse, and this time I wasn’t able to have what I ordered, simply because the lady wasn’t interested in listening to my full order.Oat latte was quite good in fact. It’s a pity!

Usually the service is ok but today when I went in and ask for a ham croissant one of the rude lady with an attitude told me that was none left...the counter was full of box of food and she didn t even check.Very unprofessional.Not coming back.

Best breakfast I've ever had. We ordered two teas (one with milk and it was nice) a delicious croissant and a yummy scone. Will definitely return! Also the staff was really nice and kind.

Popped in today for a coffee. Very small and very busy, but the service was very good. Really nice coffee very reasonable for London. Loads of beautiful looking pastries and cakes. We had a cinnamon roll which was delicious! Would definitely recommend.
