Terrible service. Ordered a hearth & arranged delivery date on the website as I needed it by the weekend. Website said it was in stock then received a phone call saying it wasn't in stock. Asked for a refund as the delivery date was unacceptable but told my request couldn't be processed on the phone & needed to email the cancellations email address. Emailed, 2 days with no response, spoke to someone over the phone & explained I needed the funds back to buy the hearth from elsewhere. I asked to speak to someone who could help me with getting the refund processed but was told no, it'd be done within 7 days once cancellation was confirmed with their supplier. Very unhelpful & unwilling to let me speak to someone who could help. Really poor service, inaccurate website info regarding stock. AVOID.

Good place

Had to return a range cooker which we paid for, £3,800. Tried to get refund and was given one excuse after another. Customer service is terrible. Avoid this company is the best advice I could give. Eventually the bank refunded the money.
