I forwarded files for my van livery from a designer. The two huge images came out blurred and pixelated. According to signs and graphics afterwards the file was not an appropriate size/format. But they printed it anyway without consulting me to let me know that it wasn’t going to work.I know nothing about file formats, I would have expected print specialists to advice me before going ahead with an obvious error.
